Pp multifilament yarn produced is made of 100% virgin chips, export quality master batches are used. Denier range 300 to 3000 in various colours. Intermingled, twisted and plied yarn is also produced as per customer requirement.  cone size fdy- 200mm * 94mm.

Our company has expanded its production capabilities by adding Polyamide Multifilament Yarn Extrusion to our expertise in Polypropylene Multifilament Yarn Extrusion. This expansion has allowed us to further enhance the quality and strength of our products, particularly in the braiding and harness segment.

After extrusion, the yarn undergoes additional processing, including twisting, plying, and heat stabilization. These processes are critical in achieving the desired features and meeting the specifications for the final product, whether it be a rope or webbing.
