At JP Fibres we have FDY plants of leading European make - Neumag, Murata, etc. to extrude highest quality Polypropylene Multifilament yarn with over 3600 MT production capacity annually.

We have the most modern and complete plant & machinery to convert FDY Yarn into Narrow Woven Fabrics / Webbing in a wide range of colours, thickness and widths.

Over 100 needle looms of Mueller & KY make and stretching/finishing machines enable us to produce 2100 MT annually of high-quality webbing.

At our production facilities, we also possess Italian and heavy duty twisters and doublers of Indian make having the capacity of 800 MT annually, helps us attain low to high twisted yarn from 50 TPM – 250 TPM and wide range of double yarns like 2 ply,3 ply, etc.

Braiding of Ropes is done precisely on the Italian Braiders and the Yarn used is twisted and treated in modern machines to add to the quality and strength of the rope to achive the desiarable results for different purposes like climbing, descent, rescue operation etc.

Advanced and Heavy Duty Japanese Stitching machines make the Safety Harness as a strong and reliable product that can be used in any weather condition and terrain.
